Here's my Altered Barn Star!!

I love, love, love this project. It seems that these stars are everywhere, doesn't it? I picked one up for $12.00, but it was a really ugly color. I painted this with Making Memories chocolate brown paint and then used Mod Podge to adhere pictures and patterned paper. So easy! I love how it looks above my fireplace. You should try this!! Here is a closer shot.
Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek!! (Alright Lal and Es, let's see 'em. I know that you two could rock this!!)

love it!
I have 3 at home waiting for me to alter - different sizes and little christmas ornament ones. Some day I might just get to altering them!

That is WAY cool!! We have like three of those...2 small ones and one really BIG one that Miguel got to hang outside, but one year later...STILL has not done it! LOL Ours are like metal or something and are like a brownish color. Maybe I'll snake out of the garage! I bet Miguel will never even notice! LOL :)

Love your barn star! I was thinking I'd get rid of mine until my sister found your blog while searching for what to do with barn stars. Thanks!
