The frame was white (they also come in black), but I first painted it using Ranger Ink Semi-Gloss Acrylic Paint in Dash of Red and then used Ranger Ink's Crackle Paint on top. Be patient if you try this technique. You will doubt yourself and regret painting it, but it needs to dry completely. Then you will LOVE it.

Altered Window Frame
